Do I have to be a MetLife Employee to purchase from the store?
No! While the store is designed for our business users, anyone is welcome to purchase.
How can I pay for my order?
You must use a credit card. Verified MetLife employees also have the option of paying with a cost center number through Ariba eProcurement. Please contact the Ariba Customer Advocate line at (866)548-5767 or aribasupport@metlife.com for details.
Can I customize an item or have my name put on something?
Yes, but certain minimum quantities apply - please see our special order page for details.
Do I have to pay for shipping again when my back-order ships?
If you selected ground freight, you are only responsible for the amount quoted on your order total. If you want your order to ship via expedited air freight, your freight will be billed per shipment, based on what was shipped.
Why can't you tell me the cost of express shipping before I place my order?
Express shipping costs vary greatly depending on the weight of your merchandise and the destination zip code. In order to provide you with the most accurate rate, air freight is billed upon departure of the merchandise. If you need an air freight estimate, please contact CMS customer service for assistance.
Do you offer any discounts for employees/managers/large item quantities?
No. We purchase our inventory in bulk so that any discount can be enjoyed by everyone.
I am outside the U.S. Why is shipping so expensive?
All shipments leaving the USA are required to be shipped via air freight.
I am in Mexico. Why can't I order plush Snoopys?
At this time, Mexican duties and taxes on goods made in China are cost prohibitive.
Why don't you sell any clothing for children?
Children's merchandise is available by special order only.
The Snoopy I want is not on your site anymore. Why not?
The vast majority of MetLife Store shoppers have requested that we keep the plush styles fresh, to help keep your promotions fresh! Please feel free to contact CMS customer service to see if a certain plush style will be available throughout the year.
Can you help me purchase things that I don't see in the catalog?
Yes! If you have a special promotion planned, and you'd like an item you don't see in the catalog, we would be happy assist you with your purchase. We have relationships with hundreds of factories, which stock thousands of different items. Please see our special order page for details.
Can you assist me with a special mailing?
Yes, we can help you distribute your product for mailings, and print and insert customized notecards as well. Please see the special order section of our website for details.
Why is there an additional 10% cost added to the price of each promotional item sold on the MetLifestore?
Per the MetLife Peanuts licensing agreement MetLife is obligated to pay a 10% royalty fee for Peanuts gang artwork used in all markets except for Japan where a 30% royalty is paid.
